However, we acknowledge that our IPTV subscription plans may not be a perfect fit for everyone at all times. If you are unhappy with your purchase or encounter an issue we can’t resolve, making the system unusable, we are more than willing to solve the issue .

How to make a request for a refund?

To request a refund, please include your transaction order ID in the email subject as “Request for refund.” In the email, describe the issues you’re experiencing and the reason for your refund request. If needed, provide any supporting evidence, and we will reciprocate by sharing evidence of our efforts and observations. This helps us explain our perspective and decision in a detailed and transparent manner.

Refund Conditions:

We want to help with any technical issues you might face, but we need your permission to try and resolve them within 7 days. If we can’t fix the problem, we’re committed to providing a refund. Feel free to reach out to our 24/7 live support for assistance anytime.

Please note the following return policy:

  1. You have 7 days to return any product or service in the same condition you received it. This means items must be new, unopened, unused, and complete, with no signs of use or damage.
  2. If you used the product or service, you can still return it within 7 days, but a restocking fee will apply.
  3. For faulty devices, you have 7 days to return them. The product, along with all accessories, must be in perfect resale condition—no marks, scratches, or damage. The packaging must also be intact, including the barcode and serial number.
  4. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Refunds typically take more than  20 working days, and unfortunately, we can’t speed up this process. Our payment processors handle refund requests, and we’ll do our best to process them promptly once we receive your request and verify your information. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make the refund process as smooth as possible.

We don’t provide refunds or partial refunds in the following cases:

  1. If the customer is dissatisfied with the channel line-up or performance.
  2. We recommend all customers try a trial before purchasing a 1 to 5-year package.

We’re here to give our best assistance in setting up your boxes, devices, apps, and system whenever you need help. Our support is limited to predefined steps for configuring devices because we might not be aware of all the details about your specific box, devices, and system. Nevertheless, we’ll do our utmost to guide you through the setup process effectively.

If certain channels are freezing, buffering, or not working occasionally:

While our servers are usually stable, there may be occasional freezing or channel issues due to various reasons. It’s important to note that these are not permanent, and our skilled engineers are consistently working to resolve them.

These issues are usually temporary and have specific reasons:

  • Customer internet fluctuations.
  • The issue with the box/apps/customer setup in general.
  • Your ISP has an issue.
  • Channel is down from the server end.
  • The customer changes his/her mind and wanted to withdraw/switch between servers.
  • Server update/restart from our end (weekly performance necessary).

If you’re unable to use your IPTV subscription for 48 to 72 hours or more due to server issues or problems on our end, we’ll either provide a refund or extend your subscription for the lost time, along with some extra bonuses that we can discuss together.
