Important Notice Before Requesting a Refund

We strongly recommend reaching out to our Customer Support before initiating a dispute. Filing a dispute without contacting us first may result in a loss of both your money and access to our services. Refunds are not provided for disputed transactions, and funds may become inaccessible.

Refund Policy for IPTV Subscription

We strive to offer the best IPTV experience, but we understand it may not be a perfect fit for everyone. If you face an issue that makes the service completely unusable and our support team is unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us with the subject:
“Request for Refund – [Your Order ID]”

In the email, include:

✔ Screenshots or evidence (if applicable).
✔ Confirmation that you’ve allowed us at least 7 days to resolve the issue.

Once we review your request, we will provide a transparent explanation of our decision.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase.
✔ The issue must be unresolved despite troubleshooting efforts from our team.
✔ You must allow us the opportunity to fix the issue before requesting a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds or partial refunds if:

❌ Temporary buffering/freezing issues occur due to internet fluctuations, ISP restrictions, or server updates.
❌ You change your mind or decide to switch servers.
❌ Your IPTV service was used for more than 7 days without reporting a critical issue.

If the service is down due to our end for more than 72 hours, we will either extend your subscription or discuss possible compensation.


Refund & Return Policy for OTT Boxes

We accept returns of OTT Boxes under the following conditions:

7-Day Return Window: The device must be unused, in original packaging, with no marks or damage.
Faulty Devices: If your box has a manufacturing defect, return it within 7 days for a replacement.

🚫 Non-Returnable Cases:
❌ Used or damaged devices.
❌ Missing accessories or original packaging.
